This notice explains what personal data Raptonix (“we”, “us”) processes when you use this website, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible
The controller for the processing described here is Raptonix. Our identifying details and contact address are set out in the imprint. For any data-protection matter, email contact@raptonix.com.
2. The short version
- This site sets no cookies.
- We run no analytics and no tracking.
- Fonts are served from our own domain — your browser makes no request to third parties to load the page.
- The contact form opens your own email app; it does not send data to any server we control.
3. Visiting the website (server logs)
When you open the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data needed to deliver it and keep it secure — typically your IP address, the requested file, date and time, and your browser and operating-system identifiers. This data is held in short-lived server log files.
- Purpose: delivering the site and ensuring its stability and security.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website.
- Retention: log entries are kept only as long as needed for security and are then deleted (typically within a few weeks). Our host, Microsoft, manages these logs as part of the Azure platform.
- Processor: hosting is provided by Microsoft (Azure Static Web Apps), which processes this data on our behalf under the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum (DPA), including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Contacting us
If you email us — directly or via the contact form, which pre-fills a message in your own email application — we process the details you provide (such as your name, company, email address and the content of your message) in order to respond and, where relevant, to take steps toward a possible contract.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract) where your enquiry concerns our services, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
- Retention: we keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet legal retention obligations, after which it is deleted.
5. Who receives your data
We do not sell your data and do not share it except with service providers acting on our instructions and where required by law. Our website is hosted on Microsoft Azure (Azure Static Web Apps) and our email runs on Microsoft 365; both are provided by Microsoft under its Data Protection Addendum. Because Microsoft is a US-based provider, your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Microsoft’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format; and
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@raptonix.com. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
7. Visitors outside the EU
This website is operated from the European Union and applies the GDPR standard to every visitor, wherever you are. Because the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or other US state privacy laws.

We may update this notice as the site or our processing changes. The current version always applies, with the date shown above.
